It is with great pleasure that I share the “Heart Space” Ceremonial/Smudge Fan. I love that the red jasper, collected from the Cowichan River on Vancouver Island, BC, is shaped like a heart. Red Jasper is particularly grounding and is an element that connects you with deep earth, connecting with grounding elements and gives the warmth and support we often seek in our daily lives.

I have created this lovely fan with foraged feathers from our property on the Crowe River: Canada Goose, Blue Jay, Pileated Woodpecker, Mourning Dove and Crow. The handle is made from recycled soft leather and embellished with birch bark, Adventurine (green), Quartz Crystal, a Vancouver Island Mollusk Shell and the little black heart shape is made from a tiny piece of crow feather.

You are encouraged to use Merge Smudge Fan frequently. Cleanse yourself, others, your home, any object in your house you feel would benefit from clearing and cleansing. You can also use your fan while doing meditations. Hold your fan while sitting comfortably and ask that your fan assist you in calming your busy mind, allowing for spiritual clarity, unblocking “stuck” energies, releasing you from that which no longer serves you. You may find that regular interaction with your fan while create a symbiotic relationship for your highest good.

It is recommended that you take your fan out in nature from time to time or leave it in a window during a full moon to cleanse and charge your fan’s energies. Your fan was created with love, all gifts from our great mother earth.
